two hundred and two Dollars
in hand paid by Robert Martin, (the receipt whereof
hereby acknowledged) I do by these presents Grant,
sell, and convey unto the said Robert Martin, all
right, Title and Interest in and to the following
to wit: Negroes, Charles, Hulda, Kisiah, Bry [unreadable]
